What could be improved
The map on this (other NPH web sites) is OUT OF DATE. We wasted 15 minutes going to the wrong building on the far side of the campus and were lucky not to be late for the appointment - we had driven right past where we had to go - but the map downloaded from the website the day before - was wrong. Now just back from there, I have checked again and found a different website for NPH and it also has the old map. So - if we had missed the appointment - whose fault would that have been??
