"Painful wrist after a fall"

From the triage right through to the follow up at the fracture clinic the following day , I have nothing but praise . I was extremely well informed and looked after. Well done. It's an over stretched and busy department but every person was polite and smiled. I heard them being abused and moaned at in the three hours. I was there. This was all handled with a courteous and professional approach. Well done and thank you
