"A&E expierience"

I would just like to say a thank you to the staff on duty in the A&E department last night (09/01/14) My son was sent there from Teddington walk in centre after suffering with chest & back pains following a cold he has had since christmas, he was seen very quickly by the triage nurse who took blood samples & only had to wait 10 mins before being taken in for chest X-ray, followed by an ECG, the doctor who treated him was polite friendly and exceptionally thorough at all the checks she had to do on him, whilst waiting for results to come back she popped in at regular intervals to check he was ok & she wouldn't allow him home until he was pain free, luckily it turned out to be a chest infection & nothing too serious. So a big thank you to the staff in A&E you all deserve a medal for all the hard work you do!.
