I came in for an appointment to review skin pigmentation on my face on 27th Dec 2013. The department reception staff were courteous and professional, and despite being busy there was next to no waiting time. My appointment time of 11 o'clock was met, and the excellent doctor whom I saw reassured me about my condition and treated me for it within 15 minutes! The results are very good, and I couldn't be happier with my experience on this occasion.
