What I liked

I was admitted into A&E with stomach pain, I was only in A&E for about 4 hours before being given a bed, the care and kindness by all the staff in ward 11 was excellent, the ward was constanlty cleaned and I felt more relaxed by seeing this done on daily basis. I was diagnosed promptly. I can not thank the ward enough for the kindness as this was a 1st time being a in-patient which was very bizzare for me.

What could be improved

I can not think of much else to say other than the only issue I had was more to do with obtaining the out-patients appointment, this mainly was due to being discharged on a Sunday and staff being on annual leave, I can understand that at times there shortage staff due to annual leave or situations like sickness
