"Dial House Crisis Service and Connect Helpline Leeds"

I just wanted to post here to say how much I appreciate the support I have received at Dial House and from Connect helpline.

I have been having a very difficult time due to serious mental health problems and severe stress in my life.

I had got to the point that I really was not coping at all and was very suicidal. On my first visit to Dial House in summer 2013 the manager Richard gave me face to face support and he was extremely kind and compassionate. It was such a relief to be listened to, understood and supported as I had hit rock bottom.

Life has continued to be a struggle with one stress after another the staff have been really kind, supportive and compassionate when I have visited. I have also had telephone support both from Dial House and the Connect helpline which has been really helpful to get me through these very difficult and stressful times.

I would like to say thanks very much to staff at Dial House and Connect for helping me stay strong since I started to use the services in the summer especially to Richard, Maria and Tony who have been exceptionally kind.
