What could be improved
I was under the impression patients could now have a choice in appointments - being sent one with the date 4 days away does not help, and then when I say I cannot make this short timescale as I work full time myself - I am initially told I would have to wait until Feb 09. It was altered by the next person I spoke to who was much more helpful and understanding
