"A&E Admission to Urology for Christmas"

I suffered a seriour setback following bladder surgery (performed elsewhere) while staying with our family in Essex. I have nothing but praise for the efficiency and kindness of the staff at A&E (Urology) who dealt with the problem, and then for all the staff of the IRIS Ward who looked after me for the next few days. Nursing staff were friendly and efficient, day and night, and were particularly caring for patients worse off then I was. Doctors did talk to me about the problem and were also welcoming. Well done, all round.
