What I liked

CDU staff helpful and efficient.

Ambulance crews excellent.

What could be improved

Nutrition of patient, no check on food or drink taken, often not enough time given for patient to eat food.

Availability of necessary equipment eg vibrating beds to prevent sores.

Better staffing levels.

Better communications between Drs and nurses to ensure correct treatment is provided.

Better communications from all staff to patients and their relatives.

Care of elderley, nurses realising that elderley people can survive a hospital visit and should be treated with respect.
