Our mother was brought to AE by ambulance on Saturday afternoon following a fall. Every single member of NHS staff -from the paramedics,to receptionists, cleaners, nurses and the (excellent)doctor were smiling,polite,helpful and professional. Standard of care was exceptional and this is thanks to the efforts of the individuals involved DESPITE the government undermining the NHS at every turn. NO credit is down to the politicians.
