"too few staff"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

Ward E58 old people waiting over twenty minutes for a bed pan, missing staff at visiting time all off the floor at the same time. Patients beds full of blood and no plasters applied after blood tests. Left to sit in seat when unable to support themselves. Nurse buzzers left on paralysed side. No information given when visiting. incorrect feeding instuctions given and patients left wet too long
