"Staff care and expertise"

I am writing to thank you for the kindness, expertise and care shown by the medical staff on every occasion I have visited the hospital - most recently, in connection with a shoulder damaged by a fall last September ( A&E, orthopedics and ultrasound departments). The staff in A&E and in Trauma & Orthopaedics in December 2013 and Utrasound 8 January 2014. There were inevitably long waiting times at A&E but then my case was not critical. I have rarely waited long for appointments. I was extremely concerned when I heard of plans to close down the Royal Surrey in favour of Frimley which would be very difficult for me to access. Should the threat re-emerge, please let me know if there is anything I can do to support your hospital.
