8.5 hrs waiting in A and E after being referred by my gp. Left hand cannot speak to the right hand as every time the shift changes nobody has a clue. My last I'll be back in 5 mins was 5 hours ago.

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers.
