"An experience in Yorks emergency department"

On Monday 6th January I accompanied my 85 year old mother to the emergency department at York hospital after she fell on the stairs at home. Although the staff were extremely pleasant, I felt that the doctors appearance definitely needed improvement. Her dress sense certainly left something to be desired but more off putting was the fact that she smelt unclean which both mum and I found appalling from someone on her position.
