Okay, finally I found a car park after 30 minutes driving around and then walk into the emergency department. I got asked my details from a nurse, wait about 10 minutes in the waiting room and got called by a "doctor", I think.
I sit down in the room with the "doctor" and she asked what happen with a very impatient tone, and then I start becoming angry because of the impatient tone, because I am with my sister and we are Asian, so when I ask my sister "how to say swollen in English", because English isn't my first language, so of course I talk to my sister in our language but the doctor then said please speak in English. Normally people won't ask us to speak in English and that was my first sentence not speaking English in the room so I think she probably think I'm talking about her attitude that why I'm not speaking English.
She said she can give me some pain killer to help me reduce the pain but it wasn't explained to me fully why there was no need to have an x-ray. I know there is very busy in the hospital but still I don't expect a doctor will treat a patient with impatient attitude even if I go in a wrong department (she said, I should go to see my GP).
I was made to feel guilty about wasting people's time but sometimes I feel it is others wasting my time too!
