"A and E"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

My first personal visit to Queens A and E. Feeling very nervous and frightened, was seen to quickly, tests and examinations explained, came to check on me. All staff very helpful and friendly. Only criticism needed antibiotics, paid in reception, sent to collect them only to be told come back 9-5. Went to our local chemist in morning, paid again but it was much more convenient than going back to hospital. Well done Queens you get a lot of bad press, I was very grateful.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am delighted to hear that your first experience of Queen’s Hospital A&E was a positive one and that our staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate that our Pharmacy opening times are currently 9am to 5pm, but I am glad you were able to receive your prescription via alternative arrangements. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
