"Emergency Referral Unit 16 December2013"

We would like to commend the excellent care and attention our Dad has had over the last three days. He was seen by a Consultant on Monday evening. Since then he has been having tests in Nuclear Cardiology on 17 Dec. Our Mum was very well looked after while Dad was having these scans. Prior to this, on Monday evening, although Dad had been brought in by car, the ambulance staff were on hand to bring him in by wheelchair as well as assisting Mum, by holding her arm. They even suggested the best place to park the car. Everyone has gone the extra mile, communication has been impressive. Top marks to Top people. Well done NHS John Radcliffe.
