my son is 9weeks old and I had to rush in to children's a&e in hull... my son has got a rash on back, belly, chest and neck, he is chesty, not breathing properly, not feeding and has a lump on the back of his head and the doctor just fobbed us off and said its completely normal how on earth Is that completely normal for a 9 week old baby! I have had many bad times in this hospital the way some of the staff treated me in the womens and childrens after I had my son.... its discusting!

Dear Amber Thank you for placing your posting on the NHS Choices website. We are sorry to read of your recent experience and we will ensure that the staff concerned are made aware. I hope that you son has improved in health, however, if he is still unwell, please visit your GP or out of hours GP in the first instance who will be able to assess your son and give advice. Your health visitor is also a good resource to call on if you are concerned. If he becomes acutely unwell then do not hesitate in attending the emergency department.
