About: Cheltenham General Hospital

On Friday 7th Dec I went over to the Walk In Clinic with painful cystitis, and passing blood. It was about 8am, before Drs surgeries opened. I was seen straight away. The staff were friendly and explained everything they were doing. After doing some tests, it was confirmed I had UTI. I was given the prescription, and went home. This took a couple of hours and I was cannot recommend this service enough. It is very comforting to know that it is there.

Hello, Many thanks for getting in touch to share this feedback with us. I think it's possible that you might be referring to the out of hours GP service which is based next to our A&E at Cheltenham General. This is run by our local clinical commissioning group, rather than by the hospital, but we will happily pass your comments on to them.
