Some of the nurses were insulting and damn well cheeky. It's this kind of nurse that gives the hospital a bad name. I can think of three in particular who were totally obnoxious. Already having complained to the Sister, I have not received an apology! The Doctors are very attentive and professional. I fully intend to bring in NHS Commissioners in to Roundwood and get my apologies from these so called nurses!
