"hospital stay"

My father was rushed into casualty by ambulance he was very ill .He was then transferred to the admission unit then ccu ,I can say up until this point all staff were fantastic and both he and family members were looked after very well. when he was moved to ward 24 things went down hill .There is a staff nurse on there who does not seem to care or have any interest in patient or family, she is also rude and does not seem to have any manners. When this nurse is not on the ward it is a better place . My mother was on the ward 8/12/13 visiting with my sister and asked about my father being discharged on Monday ,"he wont be if we are to busy "was the reply from the nurse. What a shame one person is letting the ward down as everyone else works so hard and they still very helpful and pleasant.
