Just a short note of thanks to both of the above units for all thier skill and support on my most recent acute admission.The wonderful care and conscientious effort given to me was second to none.It is with sincere gratitude that I thank them all and wish them a very Merry Christmas.

Dear Patient

Apologies for not responding sooner - I have only recently been notified of your comments on Patient Opinion, as they were forwarded on by NHS Choices which can cause a slight delay

I note that you were in hospital just before Christmas on ICU, and was very pleased to read your reassuring comments with regards to the care and attention you received. Although Xmas has now passed I know the staff will still be very pleased to read your

comments, and I have forwarded them on to the ICU manager to share with the staff

I do hope you are now fully recovered and wish you all the best for 2014 ( albeit it a little late!).
