"Complete lack of empathy"

I have recently attended,paediatric outpatients with my 6mth old son, the doctor dealing with us was extremely lacking in empathy with regards to the info we'd been given about our son, she was abrupt over,the phone and just gave me the impression that she didnt care she was extremely vague which has left me so upset as this is my,baby were talking about. I left the,doctor several messages to get back to me however she did not she made us wait,all weekend. I feel to,work in paediatrics you need to show care, patience empathy andand understanding, unfortunately we did not,receive any,of this. Im extremely let down,and upset by this particular doctor.
