i have vowed never to return after my experience here made me feel utterly degraded. the nurse who treated me was so aggressive causing me more pain then i was already in. i had hurt my arm pretty badly and she treated me with utter contempt. she made me feel like i did not deserve her "attention" and that she had more important things to do. i was already in a vulnerable state and she made it worse and i only wish i had taken her name so she could held accountable for her despicable actions.
