I recently attended the Midland Treatment Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of a swollen finger. The staff were friendly and efficient.
However, my appointment was booked for 1pm, yet I had to wait for another 1 and a half hours before I was seen. This seemed like a long time to have to wait.
