Hi. I came to collect my Wife in Royal Free Hospital as she rang me she doesn't feel well (she is a member of staff in the hospital). She finished work late as I was expected her. After a week, I received a Parking charge notice which states "Parking Charge amount due: £100.00". It is a traumatic experience I ever encountered when it comes to parking. During that night, I am worried with my wife. I did not get close of any signs, I am not aware. I waited inside the car as it was freezing cold and it was very dark outside. On that night, the car park was not busy and not full and there's a lot of parking spaces left. This is terrible. The parking charge is unreasonable. This is not fair as I did not break any laws or rules. I believe, this parking charge notice is unfair.
