Being taken into hospital can take you out of your comfort zone. You can feel isolated and vulnerable, but I admire and commend the staff on wards E1 & E2 at the Royal Hallamshire hospital in Sheffield. Their caring approach - giving you time to chat about your illness - and their reassuring response helps to relieve your anxiety. They are jovial and cheerful as well as giving excellent nursing care, and this lifts your spirit. I thank them very much.
