"Queue for blood taking"

I normally attend Stoke health centre for blood tests but was advised it would be over 2 weeks before I could have an appointment. I was advised re walk in centre at Bradwell Hospital and others so thought I would give Bradwell a try. I have had the unfortunate experience of attending Bradwell Phlebotomy clinic not once but three times. I attended on Friday 22/11/13 between 13.30-1400hrs and the queue was so bad there were no numbers left for turn in queue. The patients were nearly to the inner doors. I thought it must be a busy time so would return. I again visited yesterday 25.11.13 at around 10.15. Same again only this time queue was to the door. I attended again today at 08.20hrs and this time the queue was outside the door and into the reception area. This is diabolical. I know the NHS is busy but was under the impression that things were improving but obviously not. Surely there should be more staff on this unit. I do not know how many were on duty but this is totally bad management. There were elderly people standing and not a seat available for them This is just not good enough.
