"My daughters attendance at A/E"

I would like to thank Walsall Manor A&E for their help and diligence with my daughter's hand injury this evening. All of the staff were wonderful, but especially the doctor who allowed my daughter to participate and feel part of her own decision making process. His warmth and caring approach made her feel incredibly positive about the whole outcome. Many Thanks Malcolm
