"Nurse - Agressive , no care , should be sacked !"

Im totally overwhelmed with complete frustration and sheer disbeleive after hearing that my very ill dad has been shouted at in the night (last night 18th November 2013 to be precise) by a so called nurse. After the care team in Beckley ward J30 stroke rehab missed my fathers medication , he proceeded to have a restless night not having his usual sleeping tablet he had to buzz for staff , to which he was shouted at and told 'if he continues to buzz they will take the buzzer off of him. Its an utter disgrace that people are employed as care staff and have no idea what to 'care' actually means. I will be taking this as far as I can in terms of making a serious complaint.Im totally disgusted at St Jame's for allowing this to happen, patients shouldnt be at risk from agressive threatening nurse's ,,, what has the world come to ? Needless to say I will be getting in touch with the complaints team anyway.
