"Excellent care in A&E"

My daughter was cared for in A&E on the 15/11/13 by the night staff they were absolutely excellent the staff were friendly caring and the doctor was fantastic both his humour and care which makes the situation so much easier in these situations I would attend no other hospital in this area after such a positive experience there were domestics cleaning the area constantly as well as serving tea coffee drinks to patients and their visitor's with them The treatment she was given was prompt and everything explained in a language we could understand their was no medical terminology used A big thank you to all the staff you made a very worrying experience very positive with your kind and respectful manner
