My dad passed away he had cancer .but he died through there neglect, for 7 months he should have been given a quality of life,but because of them he suffered all those months .i have a diary with dates and times its like a story book.i now know why people are so scared to die in hospital.they don't know the meaning of care, respect, comfort .b6 C4 and urology.I must thank A E department 3 times they were great with my dad they knew by looking at him how ill he was .they had time for you ,they new what there work role was I give A E 5 star .
