I would like to pass on my thanks and praise following my experience at YDH last week. I am myself a health professional and work within the realm of Quality Governance so not your usual Jo public. However, last Thursday I underwent a surgical procedure, the procedure was not straight forward but due to the surgeon's expertise I managed to escape any complications. I cannot recommend or shout loudly enough about my whole experience, the surgeon, the anesthetic team, the nursing team, domestic staff everybody, who I encountered, were kind, caring, professional and competent. So often, only the negative things are reported, but I would very much appreciate if my thanks can be passed on to these teams as I can honestly say my experience at YDH was a truly positive one.
