"A joke"

While visiting the area I attended A&E on a Saturday ater a fall other than the reasonable waiting times and friendly staff care and treatment were diabolical. I checked in quickly and was seen by triage who simply looked at my foot without asking questions. I was examined by a doctor who said that she thought that my foot was broken, an x Ray was ordered that confirmed the diagnosis. Although in a lot of pain I was expected to walk between departments with no assistance offered at all. I was then put in a plaster and discharged with no further information other than the discharge notes, x Ray results were to be sent to my local hospital. I attended my local hospital for follow up today to be told that no x Ray reports had been received and that discharge paperwork was not detailed enough. I had further x rays today only to be told that my foot is not even broken!
