I am just writing to let you know how impressed I was with the Rheumatology Department at the Manchester Royal following my daughter’s appointment last week. From the moment we walked into the rheumatology department everyone treated us with compassion and care, everyone was so lovely and jolly and it was obvious they all really enjoyed their job. As we arrived in the department we were greeted very professionally. We were introduced to the various members of the team who my daughter will be seeing in the future. The department was so efficient, bloods were taken as we finished our appointment and we waited less than two minutes for a chest X ray, very impressive and a totally different experience to our local hospital. We were very impressed with the doctor, she is clearly an expert in her field and we feel lucky to be under her care.
