I was a patient in the Ear, Nose & Throat department at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of silent reflux. I was most impressed with the efficiency of the staff in the department. I was also given detailed information in plain language and everything was well-explained whenever I had any questions.
More reading material in the waiting room would have been better, as there were only novels available. (Who has that long a wait to want to read a novel?)
