About: East Surrey Hospital

Its almost impossible to get a GP appointment at my local surgery, and when my son was taken ill, I had no other option but to bring him to East Surrey. Every member of staff we came into contact with were great, reassuring my toddler and calming me as a worried parent. We were seen, diagnosed and home within a couple of hours. The facilities in the children's department are great to provide distraction for the kids too. Well done and thank you

Apologies for the delay in replying to your comment but I wanted to say thank you for your feedback and I will make sure it's passed on to our children's department.

I am glad the staff were able to treat your son quickly as I imagine it must have been a very stressful experience for both of you. I do hope he is fully recovered now.
