About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My 3 yr old son hurt his thumb and we went 2 a&e at the william harvey. He had an xray an saw the doc twice. Even though it was very busy at a and e and also the xray/fracture clinic, it was still speedy, professional, friendly and calm. My son is so happy with his visit. Thank u to all the staff there.

Thank you for your extremely positive feedback which will be fed back to the staff in the A&E department. All feedback received is used as a learning tool and your kind comments would be ideal to share with other patients when they attend the A&E department to enable them to have confidence in the people caring for them.
