"Breast Cancer Treatment"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

The treatment given both at Queens Hospital and King Georges Hospital was both kind and considerate with a flowing and quick progression from diagnoses through surgery to radiotherapy via the oncologists. All appointments were arranged quickly without worry or concern on my part and throughout the process I was kept informed with explanations and details of all processes and procedures. Daily visits to radiotherapy were made extremely easy with staff concentrating there efforts to make me comfortable throughout these daily visits. Every member of staff from consultants, nurses, radiotherapists, receptionists and all support staff were informative and helpful and deserve the highest praise for everything they do.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback. I am so pleased that our staff supported you through what must have been a very difficult time. I know how important it is to be kept informed about your treatment, and I am particularly pleased that you felt the treatment you received to be “kind and considerate”. I will be delighted to pass on your comments to the team. Yours sincerely, Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
