After a bad fall off of my horse, I was rushed into hospital via ambulance, which arrived very quickly. The ambulance staff were extremely professional yet comforting and although I was in agony, they made me as comfortable as possible. On arrival to hospital I was seen immediatelt, assessed and then sent straight for xrays. I can not fault the ambulance staff or emergency service staff in any way. They provided amazing care and I am greatfully thankful as I have a fear of hospitals!

Thanks for your comments on both the Ambulance team and Emergency Department. Hope you're making a good recovery from the fall. I’ll pass a copy of your comments to the Emergency Department for them to see how much the care they provided meant to you.
