I want to acknowledge the excellent service I received from the A&E department of MRI on Tuesday evening, September 17th, about 8:20 pm ish. I felt the two para medics who attended to me and took me into the A&E department were highly professional, very supportive and made me feel as comfortable as possible after my accident. Then the A&E staff were brilliant! I could not have asked for better treatment, although I expected and was prepared, for a very long wait I was seen to very quickly. I think they did an excellent job and I felt very lucky and confident to be treated by them, especially the A&E Consultant on call. Please pass on my appreciation and compliments! Thank goodness for such an excellent National Health Service..!
