"Exceptional"

I have been in and out of the LRI for both my son and elderly parent on numerous occasions and have had mixed experiences. However, on the 14th Sept this year I have to say my experience was exceptional. From the point of calling 999 and the support I received on the telephone, the ambulance service taking care of my son on the way to hospital, to the LRI hospital resuscitation unit, a holding ward, through to ward 14 I found the staff both exceptionally supportive and professional.
