About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

Examination of a breast lump. Visit to GP Wednesday morning, referred to hospital. Phonecall from Hospital Breat Unit same Wednesday afternoon to book appointment for following Monday PM. Leaflet arrived in post Thursday morning explaining about the Unit and what to expect on Monday's visit. Arrived Monday, had mamogram, ultra sound and by 3pm knew diagnosis. Excellent service all the way through, professional, friendly and very informative and reassuring. Would recommend this unit to any lady worried about a lump.
