"Efficient, clean, caring service"

I came in for an arthroscopy to repair a probable meniscial tear. Everything was explained clearly before the procedure. I met both the anaesthetist and surgeon. The next thing I remember was waking up having had the procedure completed. 3 hours later I was ready to go home. I was given both crutches and pain killers. I can't tell if the operation has been successful but I do know that I have been treated with respect and care. I would have no hesitation recommending others to use bedford hospital orthopaedic department.
