"Clapham ward 11/9/13"

Wud like 2 say there is a nurse on at nights on clapham n I have never had such a wonderful lady look after me,so polite n there 4 u even if it was a chat n always makes u feel at ease,if an award was 2 be given she wud get it straight away n support is amazing n that's wat u need wen ur not well or don't like hospital thank u so much 4 all ur help ur 1 amazin nurse xxx
