"Not very satisified"

From entering the Hospital no complaints, very impressed, very clean and staff very co operative. But my disappoint came when my mother ni law was admitted to ward F15 on the second day after her admission I asked a nurse what did she have to eat he looked at her chart and said all she had was porridge. Now she is confused and have memory problems and I do think the nurses should ensure that the patients eat something. This is her third day in hospital and she does not seem to be getting any better but only worse. We need answers from her doctor whowe can never see of get any answers from the doctors. I am not very impressed. I had to ask the nurse to see that she eats something as she would normally say she is not hungry. It is sad as my first impression when I entered was should I ever get ill this is the hospital I want to be admitted but..........
