Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Elizabeth Waterson and I am 81 years old and I was brought into A&E on Wednesday 28th Of August for problems related with my blood pressure. I would to thank the Ambulance staff, the Consultant and his staff, and also the staff on 10 and 11B, who looked after me with courtesy, and professionalism. I was very happy with my treatment.
