"38 years in the NHS - and there are always two sides to stories about poor care"

there seems to be numerous complaints about nursing staff and the quality of care that they provide .there is a huge shortage of staff which is down to the trust not employing more staff we seem to be top heavy in the managment divsion but despite having an increasing number of extended roles we have less nurses to carry them out .may i say that duty of care is always given where and when possible at all times.
