"Outpatient's Clinic"

I attended an appointment on Tuesday 20/8 and saw one of the doctors. I just wanted to note my thanks and appreciation for her very professional and efficient consultation. The doctor had clearly read my file before I entered the consulting room and was able to answer my questions and explain my test results in a very thorough and re-assuring manner. Very much a contrast to my previous outpatient appointment when I saw a less proficient doctor. I left feeling valued as an individual and with confidence that I had received high quality treatment. I would also like to say thank you to the ladies at the reception desk that day who were very helpful and efficient. Thanks to the team, for a very good experience.
