"Brief stay but impressed with all aspects of care"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Recently had to visit UHND via A&E and then onto assessment ward. All staff I met were pleasant, friendly and professional. Was kept informed all the way and generally felt well looked after. Also, contrary to what you often hear about, I felt the areas of the hospital, I was in at least, were really clean and fresh looking. Overall an impressive and reassuring experience. Thank you UHND.
